Family Estate – Friendly and Relaxing Stays
This family estate welcomes you for relaxing and convivial moments in a natural setting.
Located at the crossroads of Lake Éguzon (Village Étape), Crozant (Terra Aventura trail), Gargilesse and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault (listed among Les Plus Beaux Villages de France – The Most Beautiful Villages of France), the property is suitable for family stays, gatherings with friends, group stays, as well as hiking, fishing, horse riding or motorcycle enthusiasts.
Upon arrival, beds are made and bath towels are provided.
(During the summer season, please bring your own towels for the swimming pool.)
The three accommodations, the swimming pool and the reception room are located just a few metres from each other (see layout plan), allowing everyone to enjoy the different spaces while staying together.

1 sofa bed with mattress topper if needed (on the mezzanine)

Located within the estate’s one-hectare park, close to the swimming pool, the room includes:
A bar area (sink and small refrigerator)

Outdoor swimming pool (4 × 8 m), open from mid-May to mid-September, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting
Sun loungers
Barbecue, plancha and fire pit
One-hectare garden with several picnic tables for shared outdoor meals
Pets
Pets are welcome (unenclosed grounds).
